1. General Return Policy
Due to the nature of vape products, hygiene standards, and Canadian regulations, certain products are considered final sale after purchase.
Returns, exchanges, or refunds may be accepted for:

2. Warranty on Refillable Devices
All refillable vape devices purchased from AllStarVape include a 2-week limited warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and device malfunctions only.
After the warranty period expires, customers may need to contact the original manufacturer directly for additional support or warranty service.
3. Disposable Vape Policy
Disposable vapes are eligible for exchange or refund within 48 hours of delivery if the product is defective or non-functional.
Customers must report any issue within this timeframe. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.
4. Closed Pod System Policy
Closed pod systems and pre-filled pod devices are eligible for exchange or refund within 48 hours of receiving the order if a manufacturing defect is present.

5. E-Liquid (E-Juice) Policy
All e-liquids and vape juices are considered final sale.
Due to hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on e-liquid products once sold.
6. Hardware Components
Replacement hardware including coils, pods, tanks, cartridges, and similar accessories may qualify for exchange or refund only if defective upon first use.
Customers should contact us immediately after discovering the issue. Delayed claims may not be approved.
7. Return Requirements
To qualify for a return, refund, or exchange:
- The product should remain in its original packaging when possible
- All included accessories and components must be provided
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation may be required
- Photos or videos showing the issue may be requested
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are typically processed to the original payment method within 3-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the issue resulted from our error.
